We have seen amazing results using Turmeric paste (golden paste). The paste consists of Turmeric, Black Pepper (which contains piperine which is a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2,000%), and an oil such as coconut oil as Turmeric is fat-soluble, meaning it won’t be as absorbed as well without the presence of fat. Along with some water, these Ingredients make a beautiful golden paste. Please email us for a link to our recommended recipe.
